Isoli expands in Pakistan

Italian truck recovery crane and aerial lift manufacturer Isoli has signed a new parntership and trade agreement in Pakistan.

Last week it concluded and signed a new trade/distribution agreement with Pakistan Vehicles Engineering of Karachi, to provide sales and servicing for all Isoli products in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

The company has been working in the country for over 10 years, during which time it has delivered more than 500 units of its M60 recovery cranes on Iveco trucks for the Pakistan army.

An Isoli M60 recovery crane for the Pakistan Army

PVE provides a wide variety of special vehicles that offer complete solutions to specific market sectors, such as Municipalities, Fire & Rescue and utilities. It operates from branches in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore.

While the cooperation will continue to focus on military products is will now also embrace the Isoli truck mounted Platform range. The first fruits of this new effort will include the delivery the first 27 metre PNT 27.14 lift to Karachi Airport.

Gabriele Valli of Isoli said: “The market for aerial lifts in Pakistan is still in the early stages of development, but definitely interesting for the future. I believe that the partnerships we now have in place will yield some excellent results over the next five years.”
