Cuba death wish

Spotted by a reader in Cuba, we assume in Havana, a small bore steel scaffold tower set-up that leaves a great deal to be desired and is hardly any safer than a long ladder.

Small bore steel scaffold tower - a definite Death Wish

There is so much wrong in this photo… inadequate bracing, non-existent platforms and poor access, to name just a few.
