UK tower crane meeting

The UK crane association - the CPA - will hold an open meeting for the Tower Crane Interest Group on March 21st.

The annual meeting to discuss new safety and other industry topics is always well attended and informative. The venue will be the Wyboston Lakes conference centre, Wyboston, Bedfordshire, MK44 3AL.

There are a number of critical topics likely to be covered this year, including the ending of the tower crane register, warning lights for tower cranes near heliports, and rescue plans etc... as well as the introduction of new Techincal Information Notes.

The meeting begins at 10:00 and includes lunch. It is open to members and non-members alike and there is a charge to cover the hospitality and meeting rooms etc.
