First Tadano ATF400 in UK

Davies Crane Hire has ordered the first Tadano ATF 400G-6 for the UK, The new six axle All Terrain is scheduled for delivery in early June, complete with the Heavy Duty Power System, and a range of extensions, including the 76 metre Luffing jib.

The new crane will first of all travel to Munich this month in order to be the main display unit on the Tadano stand at Bauma, before returning to the plant for final testing and inspection and then shipment to the UK.

Davies new Tadano Faun ATF 400G-6 will be the star of the Bauma stand

The 400G-6 has a maximum tip height in excess of 120 metres, can lift to a radius of 86 metres, and boasts some excellent heavy lift duties, including an impressive 54.6. tonnes at 20 metres.

The new crane will be the 12th Tadano crane in the Davies fleet, and be based at its recently opened Cardiff depot, providing easy access to the UK motorway network in order to offer coverage over a wider area and to help re-enforce the company’s presence in South Wales
