Suicidal in Albania
Spotted by a reader on YouTube an innovative method of lifting materials to the fourth floor of a building without the need for cranes, hoists or platforms!
The video says it all so we will leave you to see it for yourself, needless to say it is a definite one for our Death Wish series.
