Herc acquires Rental Works

US rental company Herc Rentals has acquired Maryland based company Rental Works which operates from five locations across Maryland, Northern Virginia and Delaware.

Based in Annapolis, Rental Works was established in 2007 by David Graham and Ken Wagner and is currently managed by Graham and Ken’s son Sam, who is staying on under Herc ownership. The company runs a mixed general rental fleet, which includes a large number of aerial lifts and telehandlers.
