Liugong for İstanbul Vinç

Turkish rental company İstanbul Vinç has taken delivery of 77 Liugong scissor and boom lifts.

The new delivery is mainly made up of slab electric scissor lifts ranging from 19ft models to 40ft units, along with a few articulated boom lifts. The new platforms will be distributed across the company’s seven locations and were purchased through Liugong distributor Aylift Platform.

The company statement said: “These platforms will allow us to raise the bar even higher in technological transformation and service quality in our sector. Despite the uncertainties in the economy, we have never lost our belief in growth. While we are boldly implementing our investment decision.”

Senior general managers Zafer Yoluç and Kemal İçer added: "Building a strong future is only possible by taking bold steps at the right time. This strategic investment we have made in technology allows us to offer better aerial lift alternatives to our customers and reinforces our leadership in the powered access rental sector."

İstanbul Vinç was established in 1995 and became one of the very first rental companies in Turkey to add a specialist business for aerial work platform rentals alongside its crane rental operations, later adding spider cranes to the fleet.

At one time the company was a Mantall aerial lift distributor and also handled Holland Lift and Jekko, however these days it tends to focus mostly on its rental business. The fleet now includes, booms, scissor lifts, mobile cranes, truck mounted lifts and spider cranes.
