bauma China 2010 success

bauma China 2010 achieved record numbers attracting more than 150,000 visitors up 33% than in 2008. This year’s event – the fifth since its launch in 2002 and which closes today – also had more exhibitor space and numbers and is consolidating its position as the leading Chinese and Asian construction industry trade show.

Visitors from 165 countries attended the event. After China, the top ten visitor countries were Korea, India, Japan, Russia, Malaysia, Brazil, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia.

Sany is continually expanding its crawler crane range and is working on a 3,200 tonne capacity model.


Covering 230,000 square meters of exhibition space, bauma China 2010 was 10 per cent bigger in area than in 2008, housing 1,858 exhibitors from 37 countries (2008: 1,608 exhibitors from 30 countries).

Chinese powered access equipment manufacturer, Sinoboom, has launched a new indoor, electric articulating boom lift GTZZ14E with an overall width of 1.75 metres, lift capacity of 227kg and jib.


The strongest overseas countries exhibiting were from Germany (154), Italy (107) and the USA (92). National pavilions from Austria, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Korea, Spain and the US, were also present showcasing state-of-the-art technology produced in these countries and informing on research and development trends.

The next bauma China takes place from 27 to 30 November 2012.

Chinese are working hard and long hours and days, they will take the jobs from every country.
The unions should ask their members to do the same IN ORDER TO STAY WORKING.
