Lift companies in UK Top 200
Three crane and access equipment manufacturer’s/suppliers have been listed in the Sunday Times International Track 200 listing of the UK’s fastest growing mid sized companies.
The highest placed company in the listing, in 32nd place, is mast climber, scaffold and hoist supplier Brogan Group, which increased its export sales almost 98 percent over the past two years, thanks to large contracts in the UAE and Ireland.

The highest placed manufacturer in the list is Niftylift which made it into 51st place, with growth of almost 80 percent – this is particularly impressive in that Nifty has achieved this from a high base year in that export sales have been running at high levels for several years now.

In 114th place is the UK crane supplier/wind turbine installer Windhoist, (sister company to McNally Crane Hire) which managed 55 percent growth, also from a high base.

In 171st place is safety component supplier Brigade Electronics which saw export sales rise 37.7 percent in the period.

The study, produced by Oxford based Fast Track for the Sunday Times newspaper, covers privately owned mid sixed companies with total revenues of at least £25 million, and export sales in the base year of at least £500,000 and in the second year of at least £1 million, representing five percent or more of total revenues and be profitable.
