Snorkel adds to EU sales team

Snorkel has appointed Konstantin Kuvaldin to the new role of territory manager for Eastern Europe.

A Polish national who grew up in the Ukraine, he has an education in economics and finance and is fluent in English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian, and joins the company from JCB where he was regional manager for Poland and the Baltics.
Based in Poland, he will be responsibile for the development of the independent distributor network in the territory, as well as identifying direct sales opportunities.

Konstantin Kuvaldin



He began his career in 2005, with a travel agent in Ukraine, moving to an air cargo company a year later. In 2007 he joined rental company Zeppelin Ukraine as a sales representative. In 2010 he moved to Renault trucks as an area sales manager, switching to the agricultural equipment industry in 2013 as a territory manager with John Deere. In 2016 he joined FarmQA as a director of sales, leaving for JCB later that year.

Konstantin said: “I am really looking forward to my new role at Snorkel. This is a strong brand which is rapidly growing, and I see lots of opportunity within my territory to increase market share, through both the cultivation of direct sales relationships with the rental sector, but also through the development of a strong dealer network, ensuring the highest levels of customer service throughout the region.”

Chief executive Matthew Elvin added: “We are excited to have Konstantin join our team. He is dynamic, energetic and results-driven, and he brings highly relevant business-to-business sales experience to Snorkel. I am confident in his ability to combine a hands-on approach with structured business development strategies which will enable him to deliver exceptional results from this territory.”
The company also plans to add a second new territory manager later this year, with responsibility for France, Benelux and West Africa.
