Loxam acquires JM Trykluft

French international rental group Loxam has acquired Danish rental company JM Trykluft from its owners Christian Kannegaard Samuelsen and Carl Frederik Studier.

Based in Aarhus, JM Trykluft offers a wide range of aerial work platforms, telehandlers, fork lifts, mini crawlers and spider cranes, as well as general tools and equipment from nine locations throughout Jutland with 70 employees. Last year the company generated revenues of more than €18 million. The addition of JM Tryluft expands Loxam’s branch network in Denmark to 37, with more than 330 employees and a rental fleet of more than 23,000 machines.

Don't think loxam would be allowed to buy them seeing as they bought nationwide and maybe would be to big, for fair competition. Also don’t think anything left to squeeze
