A few early glimpses of Intermat

Intermat opens in Paris on Monday and it looks as though there will be plenty of new products to see.

We will of course be covering the show in depth with an editorial staff of five attending over the course of the week. The following is a small taste of what you can expect.
The new 20 metre JCB 540-200 telehandler

It includes a new 20 metre 4,000kg telehandler form JCB…Europe’s highest reaching unit to date. A new straight boom lift from Haulotte, Unic’s new record breaking 10 tonne spider crane with power luffing jib but also a prototype wheeled spider crane that has a smoother fast travel speed then the tracked versions.

Ruthmann’s new 46 metre T-460 truck mounted lift and Haulotte’s new 67ft HT23RTJ straight boom.

The Haulotte stand

Sany has one of the largest stands at the show which is stocked with three crawlers in Sany colours and a new larger All Terrain crane. The company is also following its Conexpo strategy with a massive building on the stand and large posters around the site.

Palfinger is already built up and ready to go

And finally Vertikal will be there in force with a stand between the two outside areas where the vast majority of crane, telehandler and access companies are located so do stop by and see is… and pick up a copy of your Vertikal Guide to lifting equipment at Intermat.
