170 units for PartnerLift members

Europe’s largest association of independent equipment rental companies, PartnerLift, has placed orders for new machines worth more than €6.5 million with various aerial lift suppliers.

The order were placed at a PartnerLift central purchasing day/meeting for access equipment, held at the Squaire conference centre adjoining Frankfurt airport on December 12th.

Attendees at the PartnerLift members buying day

The meeting provided all members with the opportunity to order machines at centrally negotiated volume prices and conditions. After a day of individual detailed negotiations between members and those suppliers attending, PartnerLift companies purchased more than 170 machines, with a total value of €6.5 million. In the past week further units have been added to the order.

Manufacturers which participated in what is essentially a buying co-operative open day, included self-propelled manufacturers Haulotte, JLG, Niftylift and Skyjack, while Dino Lift, Palfinger, Ruthmann and CTE were present to take orders for trailer and truck mount lifts.
