Qatari takes Ormig

Qatari Industrial Equipment, part of the Al Sulaiman group, has taken delivery of a 10 tonne Ormig diesel powered pick & carry crane from the company’s distributor Compact Lifting Equipment Middle East.

Qatari's new Ormig 10TM pick & carry crane

The crane has a lift height of 10 metres with main boom, at which it can lift 3.3 tonnes while handling 1.6 tonnes at its maximum main boom radius of 6.3 metres. The unit has been supplied with a hydraulic luffing jib and a fully air conditioned cab. Joining the company’s rental fleet its first job will be working for a liquefied natural gas producing company in Qatar.

Established in 2001, Qatari has a fleet of more than 200 cranes, telehandlers/forklifts, aerial work platforms and other construction equipment. It also offers generators, air compressors and welding machines.
