A man died on Saturday after the boom of his loader crane contacted overhead power lines near Chichester, West Sussex in the UK.

The man, Alfie Mathews, 34, owner of ASM Driveways, Treeworks and Landscaping was collecting hay in a field with his young son, when the crane’s boom touched the power lines throwing him from the control station to the ground.

That was very sad. I think due care must be taken while handling such huge cranes. There is huge possibility of accidents by mishandling of such cranes. a single mistake can cost a person's life. I am a driver at We Will Transport It (www.wewilltransportit.com) and takes lot of care while driving huge trailers.
