Fraudulent boom customer

A man calling himself Ben Goodman and claiming to be from the contractor BAM Nuttall has attempted to rent a 60ft Diesel Boom from a number of suppliers, for a site in Bacup, OL13 8AE- between Burnley and Rochdale.

An investigation by one of the company’s approached revealed it to be a fraudulent attempted transaction.

BAM Nuttall has also confirmed that it is a fraud. If he approaches you it would be wise to take the delivery address and call the police.

UPDATE
This man has now also tried renting equipment as David Smith of Wates, with the email address [email protected] and phone number of 07759951312. Both are nothing to do with Wates Group.
