CMC adds to sales team

Italian aerial lift manufacturer CMC has appointed crane and access industry veteran Fulvio Quercioli as Italian area sales manager.

Until July last year Quercioli worked for truck mounted lift manufacturer Comet, where he was responsible for sales within the Italian region for three years. Prior to that he held a similar position at Oil&Steel for 10 years, having joined the company in 2004, and leaving for Comet in 2014.

He began his career with CAT forklift dealer Rima in 1989, becoming sales manager during his four years with the company. His crane and access career began in 1993 with loader crane and spider lift manufacturer Heila Italmec, with a move to larger loader cranes at Effer in 2001, joining Oil&Steel three years later.

Fulvio Quercioli

Quercioli said: “I am pleased and extremely motivated to start this new professional experience. I accepted to be part of the team, because at this moment CMC is one of the most avant garde in the industry, with important and continuous investments, targeted, both to the product range and to the organisation.”

Co-owner Carlo Mastrogiacomo added: “We are aware of the quality and potential of our product. This is why we decided to take another step forward. Our crawler platforms are appreciated all over the world - we are present on every continent and this makes us very proud. The technology and our know how are the strong points of our platforms, but never underestimate the safety that for us plays, from the first day, a strategic importance. Fulvio Quercioli, with 30 years of experience in the lifting sector, is a person ready to follow CMC philosophy, aware that CMC builds machines for those who work, not machines to sell.”
