Manitowoc and Sany agree settlement

Manitowoc announced yesterday that it has entered into a consent decree with Sany America and Sany Heavy Industry to settle its action against Sany for misappropriation of trade secrets relating to the company’s Variable Position Counterweight (VPC) technology.
