Riwal acquires Lipac

Dutch international rental company Riwal has acquired Swedish rental company Lipac from owner Per Hedebark. Completion is expected by early April.

Lipac was established in 1972 as an aerial lift specialist and now also offers telehandlers. Based in Stockholm, it operates from five locations across central Sweden, with depots in Borlänge, Gävle, Linköping, Norrköping. It employs 37 and runs a fleet of around 1,000 machines, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, truck mounted lifts and telehandlers. Riwal began operating in Sweden when its Danish operation acquired the BMS access fleet in 2011 and began working across the border. It operates from a location in Malmö, southern Sweden.
