Coopers acquires Prime

Canadian rental company Cooper Equipment Rentals has acquired Alberta based Prime Rentals from owners Kim and Trina Tymko.

Prime was established in 1979 and operates from two locations, one in Lethbridge and the other in nearby Taber, offer a wide range of aerial lifts and telehandlers along with more general equipment. The Tymko’s will work with Coopers for a period of several months in order to ensure a smooth transition. The Prime locations join exiting Coopers locations in Edmonton where it has two branches, Calgary also with two outlets and Medicine Hat, giving the company seven locations an taking its national network to 41 locations.
