Etienne Bourcier

Bourcier has spent the last four years or so with JCB where he has been general manager southern, central & eastern Europe since leaving JLG in 2016. His previous role with JLG involved managing the Cat Alliance telehandler programme and then taking over the responsibility for sales and support for all OEM manufacturers that branded JLG’s European built telehandlers. He began his material handling career in the forklift industry, starting out in 1999 with Manulev, the Nissan dealer for France’s Pay’s de Loire region, leaving to join Manitou as a sales manager in 2001. Over the next 10 years he held increasingly senior sales roles with Manitou culminating as international sales manager before leaving for JLG at the end of 2010.

Van Winckel joined JLG in January 1997 as sales director, playing an important role ramping up JLG’s European operations, initially based in Uddingston, Scotland. Since then he has held a number of different sales roles, supporting the establishment of the direct sales and service operations and leading the European sales team. Since 2004 he has been responsible for JLG’s major account sales.
