Omega Morgan buys Sarens out of JV

Portland, Oregon, based heavy lift and rigging company Omega Morgan has acquired Sarens stake its joint venture, Omega Morgan Sarens.

The joint venture crane rental operation was established in late 2016 to provide crane rental in the Pacific North West - see: Sarens forms JV with Omega Morgan. While the business will be fully integrated into the group, it will continue to operate as it currently does with all employees being retained.

A statement from the company said: "The integration of Omega Morgan Sarens fully into the Omega Morgan family represents the company’s ever expanding portfolio, and a major milestone on the way to fulfilling the Omega Morgan vision: to be the premier one stop shop provider of industrial services and solutions in the western United States.”

Chief executive Dick Ferchak added: “Sarens was a wonderful and valued partner over these past three years. It absolutely took our brand to the next level. Bringing Omega Morgan Sarens into the fold is a perfect fit for our company and allows us to lead the charge in being a premier provider of industrial solutions for all of our customers.”
