The second is a four tonne/17.46 metre T40.180SLP which can handle 500kg at a radius of 13.8 metres and 2.5 tonnes at its maximum lift height. The company has also taken delivery of seven Bobcat attachments for the units including pallet forks, an auger and various buckets.

Garry Wheawall of Norwest Plant added: “We are very impressed with the innovation being shown by EMY Plant Hire. Even during the last 12 months of the pandemic, rental companies have continued to operate and in some places have been flat out. I think this is a good time for EMY to enter the market, offering a broader set of products and solutions for customers.”

Part of the Spectrum group, family run EMY offers telehandlers and aerial work platforms alongside a range of general construction equipment. It also offers new and used equipment as well as parts and servicing. Based in Wrexham, North Wales the company operates throughout North Wales, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
