Two Liebherrs for Hutchinson

UK crane rental and haulage company Hutchinson Engineering Services has taken delivery of a 60 tonne Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 and a 110 tonne LTM 1110-5.1 All Terrain crane.

The three axle LTM 1060-3.1 features a six section 48 metre main boom topped by 9.5 to 16 metre bi-fold lattice swingaway extension to offer a maximum tip height of 67.5 metres. The five axle LTM 1110-5.1 feature a six section 60 metre main boom, a 10.8 to 19 metre lattice bi-fold swingaway extension and two seven metre lattice extensions to offer a maximum tip height of almost 96 metres. Both feature Liebherr’s VarioBase outrigger set up system and can travel with full counterweight within the UK’s STGO regulations.

Established as an agricultural engineering company by Ian Hutchinson in 1979, the family run company has since expanded to offer fabrication, welding, haulage, crane and equipment rental. Based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, it has additional locations in Weston, Sutton-on-Trent, Tuxford and Southrey.
