Sahalift and TLP merger

The recently established German sales company Sahalift has merged with sister company Team Liftservice & Parts (TLP) following the management buyout of Ommelift Deutschland by Yama Saha last year – see: Ommelift Deutschland MBO.

Team Liftservice & Parts was originally a subsidiary of Ommelift Deutschland headed by managing director Yama Saha. In 2015, it was appointed the Aichi service and parts provider for Europe, taking over from Euro Lift System. Following the merger, TLP’s rights and obligations will be transferred to Sahalift while contact persons and details will remain the same.

Managing director Yama Saha, said: “With the merger of the two companies, sales and service for the aerial platform brands Ommelift, Airo, AlmaCrawler and Aichi can now be offered exclusively by Sahalift. All rights and obligations from the contractual relationships with Team Liftservice & Parts GmbH are transferred unchanged and without restriction to Sahalift.”

Based in Langenhagen, Hanover, Sahalift represents a range of access manufacturers including Ommelift, Airo, Almac and Aichi.
