UPDATE
Th Royal Canadian Mounted Police has recommended that British Columbia’s Prosecution Service pursue a criminal negligence charge, but hasn’t revealed who should be charged. The move follows one of the unions stating that training requirements on site were inadequate and would likely not be considered an acceptable safety standard by any health and safety professional.
