Terex RT for Roadcraft

UK rental company Roadcraft Crane Hire has taken delivery of an 80 tonne Terex RT1080L Rough Terrain crane from UK distributor Crowland Cranes.

The RT1080L features a 42.1 metre five section main boom plus an eight to 14 metre swingaway extension, offsetable by 20 degrees, which provides a maximum tip height of 59 metres. The new crane will be based at Cammell Laird’s ship building facility in Birkenhead, Merseyside.

Andy Cahill, Crowland Cranes sales manager, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Roadcraft for their latest crane purchase. The rough terrain concept proves an ideal solution for clients operating on long term projects.”

Roadcraft takes delivery of its new Terex Rough Terrain crane
