More 360s for Beyer

German rental company Beyer-Mietservice has started taking delivery of a further 45 Magni RTH 360 degree telehandlers after taking 40 last year – see: 40 Magnis for Beyer.

The latest order includes 20 units of Magni’s 17.5 metre/four tonne RTH 4.18, 10 of its 20.9 metre/six tonne RTH 6.21, 10 of its 29.8 metres/six tonne RTH 6.30 and five of its 25.7 metre/seven tonne RTH 7.26. As with the earlier order, all the new models have been supplied with Stage V engines, while the 6.21s, 7.26s and 6.30s also feature Magni’s Twin-Energy pack, which allows for the lifting functions to be powered by an electric power source.

The order has also been supplied with a wide range of attachments, including work platforms, forks, buckets, winches and telescopic jibs, all of which use the company’s RFID attachment recognition system to automatically identify and adjust the load curves depending on the attachment in use.

Established in 1994, Beyer runs a fleet of more than 5,000 aerial lifts, telehandlers, spider cranes, mini crawler cranes and forklifts from seven locations throughout Germany.
