The purpose built premises will centralise its new machine service and repairs as well as being the group headquarters. The circular building, designed by Demo+ Architects, will be built by two contractors, Stadsbader and Willy Naessens Group.
It will have 40 loading bays/entrances that open up to the circular workshop and warehouse space. The centre of the building is open and dedicated to a garden, with the second floor offices featuring a circular upper walkway/balcony which looks down on the green area below. The structure will also feature an underground car park.

Chief executive Kristof Coudenys, said: "Today we work from two locations in Waregem and different buildings. Centralising activities will enhance cooperation between our employees and the efficiency of our operations. The round shape of the offices with an inner glass ring also ensures maximum visual contact. We also invest a lot in energy saving technologies and use geothermal energy for heating and cooling.”
