BICES 2021 postponed

Chinese construction exhibition China Beijing International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines and Mining Machines Exhibition & Seminar (BICES) has been postponed due to growing Covid-19 concerns.

The show - which had already been postponed from 14th-17th September - was scheduled to be held at the New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, China on 17th-20th November.

In a statement, the show organisers said: “Although all preparation works for BICES 2021 have been ready now, due to the current sudden severe and complex situation of Covid-19 pandemic cases and situation outbreak in Beijing and the relevant pandemic prevention and control measures implemented, and having actively communicated with venue and related department for times and careful study, the organizing Committee of BICES hereby decides to postpone holding BICES 2021 as scheduled from November 17th to 20th. All concurrent events and activities to be held at the same time of BICES 2021 will also be postponed and adjusted accordingly. The following plan and action in respect of BICES 2021 will be updated and advised additionally.”

The organisers have not yet confirmed when the show will be rescheduled.
