Dealer manager for Kranlyft

Kranlyft has appointed Anders Karlsson as dealer development and key account manager.

Karlsson joins the company from automotive supplier Valeo where he has been group director for Scandinavia for the past two years, before that he was national director for Russia for five years.

He began his career in 1994 as a buyer for Dutch trading company Vitol, four years later he moved to Volvo Trucks as chief representative for Central Asia & Caucasus. In 2001 he was appointed the company's project leader of eBusiness & CRM, and four years later dealer network development manager. In 2007 he was recruited by Deutz to head up its representative office office in Moscow, where he was tasked with developing the business and service network across Russia and Belarus, departing for Valeo in 2012.

Based in Sweden, Karlsson will be responsible for international sales and dealer development throughout Europe, Middle East and Russia. Kranlyft chief executive Jurgen Vater, said: “This new role is a natural step for us in our expansion.”
