Gunco merges with Pon Material Handling
Pon, the Dutch based CAT distributor and owner of aerial lift rental and sales companies -Gunco, HDW and Milcon has - announced the merger of its aerial lift into its fork truck business - Pon Material Handling.
Gunco Netherlands, Gunco Belgium, HDW, Milcon and Statech were formally merged into the Pon Material Handling Group as of April 1 this year.
The company says that by adding Gunco to the Pon Material Handling Group, it is taking “a step forward into consolidating its global material handling business and positioning it for future growth”.
