Shocked at height

A man working for AT&T installing a communication cable at a hotel in Lantana, south of West Palm Beach, Florida, suffered a serious electrical shock earlier today, after the platform he was working from touched an overhead power line.

The incident occurred at a Comfort Inn, the police said that the wind may have played a part in the incident by blowing the bucket truck into the power lines.

The man was brought down by the emergency services and rushed to hospital, where his condition was reported as critical.

Wind might have blown him into the power lines, what a load of rubbish. What about maintaining safe clearances. Try opening your eyes, when you look for hazards. If it's not a crane going over, it's someone getting electrocuted.
