Crowland to distribute RIM Wizard

Finland based RIM Wizard has appointed Crowland Cranes as its sole UK distributor.

Based in Alastaro, southern Finland, RIM Wizard has developed an innovative product for the heavy equipment market. The Rim Wizard device quickly and efficiently removes most wheels from mobile cranes, wheel loaders, dump trucks and harbour cranes etc...in just a few minutes

Based in Peterborough, Crowland Cranes is also A dealer for Grove, Ormig and Zoomlion cranes.

The deal was sealed at Intermat in Paris

Crowland Cranes managing director Peter Issitt said: "Crowland Cranes has used and tested the Rim Wizard wheel removal tools for almost six months in our service department. It has proven to be an invaluable tool for any service/crane hirer. Until this product was released the only proven method for wheel rim removal within our industry was 'brute force' and using hydraulic press gear, both of which incur additional time, labour and major safety issues for the typical problem of seized wheel rims to hubs. We are proud to be nominated as UK sole distributor for the Rim Wizard and look forward to demonstrating the product at Vertikal Days."
