JLG has opened its fourth major ServicePlus Centre in the USA in Riverside near Los Angeles, California, providing aftermarket support for its products throughout California, Nevada and Arizona.

The new facility will provide equipment service, mobile technical support, parts stocks and used equipment for JLG equipment rental and distribution customers. Operator, service and product training courses will also be available at the centre.

JLG says that the new facility is a key component in its strategy to provide a full spectrum of life-cycle enhancing services for its customers in convenient locations.

Joe Dixon, JLG’s global vice president and general manager for ServicePlus added, “Our customers tell us that the ability to extend the life cycle of their equipment is critical to enhancing their business. This new facility allows us to expand the availability of our services and support and enhance our responsiveness to help our customers extend equipment life, decrease their operating costs and increase equipment uptime.”
