German tower crane company Wilbert has shipped its 99th and 100th crane this week. The 99th crane built so far was a WT 150 e.tronic with a six tonne maximum lift capacity and two tonnes at 60 metre radius. The crane is sold to Hungarian crane rental company Émuk Z.R.T.

Crane number 100 is a WT 650 e.tronic, currently the largest in the Wilbert range, and is sold to Lammers Bouwmaterieel BV of Holland. The 650 has a maximum capacity of 32 tonnes with 6.3 tonnes at 82.5 metres radius.

Wilbert says that it already has order for 50 cranes booked for 2008, and that it will move to its new 160,000 square metre plant in Waldlaubersheim early in 2008.

Wilbert, a tower crane rental company, began building its own cranes towards the end of 2003 incorporating its rental experience into its designs with a heavy emphasis on ease of transport.
