A fraudster using the name "Diana Rossenga" posed as a senior manager at construction company John Sisk & Son, using forged documentation including official company stamps, purchase orders, and signatures to obtain equipment on credit terms.
Haulotte UK fell victim, with equipment collected on 30 day payment terms and believed taken to Poland. Despite rigorous checks, the forged credentials appeared legitimate.

Haulotte UK sales manager Natalie Reynolds went public to warn others, noting police and fraud agencies had not responded to reports. John Sisk & Son confirmed Rossenga was not an employee. The Musgrave Group, an Irish wholesale company also fraudulently linked to the scammer, confirmed no such employee existed and was aware of other fraud cases using the same name.
