Two new cranes for Emerson
UK based Emerson Crane Hire has ordered a 100 tonne Tadano Faun ATF90G-4 All Terrain crane and a 45 tonne Liebherr LTC1045-3.1 city type crane.
The Tadano Faun ATF90G-4 offers a 51.2 metre main boom with an 18 metre swingaway extension and can carry all of its 22 tonnes of counterweight within the UK STGO road regulations. The three axle Liebherr LTC1045-3.1 ‘city crane’ has a five section 36 metre main boom and a 7.5-13 metre bi-fold swingaway extension which provides a maximum tip height of 48 metres.

Liam Clancy (L) of Emerson seals the deal with Paul Goodall of Tadano dealer Cranes UK
Liam Clancy, director of Emerson Crane Hire, said: “The capacities on the ATF90G-4 are fantastic for a machine of this size, it travels with everything on board and is one of the most reliable cranes on the market. The Liebherr LTC is a unique piece of kit and is certain to prove popular with a good many of our customers. Both cranes have been bought as part of our programme of machine renewal and keeping with the latest technology and safety features available on the market.”

That's no problem Dave. If the cab floor is cut out there will be plenty of airspace for his legs to hang through once the cab is in the elevated position!
Jibupdrive - you will be telling us all next that the Liebherr Cab has been extended in all directions just so that Kevin can shut the door.

There's a strong rumour going round that because both of these cranes are so good, even Emerson's training manager is keen on becoming the full-time operator of either one!
