CMC Lift UK is building a new 120 square metre showroom and training/indoor demo centre on its current site which is roughly 20 miles from London's Gatwick airport. Completion is scheduled for the end of July.
The new facility joins two other buildings on the site, including workshops, warehouse and offices, and will, says the company, allow it to display the full CMC V2 spider lift range, from 15 to 30 metres, in one location.

The new showroom building will be the biggest of the three buildings and will include a large hard standing area at the front for machine demonstrations.

The company says the additional space will enable side-by-side comparisons and more structured demonstrations, including indoor demonstrations in poor weather. The showroom will also include office space, a kitchen and a breakout area for customer meetings, training and discussions.

The company said: “It's hard not to reflect on how far we have come - from starting out around the kitchen table to developing a dedicated showroom capable of housing the full CMC range. We are incredibly excited about what the future holds and look forward to sharing this next chapter."
