AFI adds more push arounds

The UK’s second largest access rental company AFI-Uplift has further expanded its range of push around scissor lifts with 25 Eazzilifts.

The company is purchasing 15 units of the 3.8 metre working height Eazzilift Minis and 10 units of the 4.3 metre Eazzilift Midi.

An AFI Eazzilift Mini

AFI managing director Richard Saunders said: “We are seeing a significant increase in demand at the lower level end of the rental market. The Work at Height Regulations are having an effect, and the Health & Safety Executive has been taking a more active interest at the internal/fitting out stage of projects.”

The Eazzilift Mini weighs 260kgs and is 1.2 metres long by 700mm wide. The Midi has the same width but is slightly longer at 1.4 metres and weighs 290kgs.
The new models join the company’s fleet of over 4,300 aerial lifts operating from 18 depots throughout the UK.
