Wilson Access Hire was called on to provide the aerial lifts to film the whole event for Sky News, BBC, World News and a number of other media and production companies. The machine N Power selected was a Wumag T300 for its relatively light weight, platform rigidity and lift capacity and smooth operation.

Wilson Access Hire’s managing director Tom Wilson said: “ This is a great event to be part of both in supplying the correct machine but also offering advice for the media to obtain the best coverage from 17 to 30 metres. It’s not often world record attempts like this happens but hopefully it will further promote Cricket to a younger audience and maybe inspire some of the players for the next Cricket World Cup? “.
