Skyjack prolongs shutdown
Skyjack has announced that its manufacturing facilities will stay shutdown until November 19. This extends the scheduled shutdown by six weeks.
The company, which is based in Guelph, Ontario in Canada, had originally said in mid-September that the factory would re-open in mid October. The shutdown is intended to reduce inventories and expenses.
The company is continuing with its plans to commence manufacturing equipment in Europe in the near future.
