Hard hats required

Most job sites now insist on the wearing of hard hats, regardless of any overhead risk, sometimes though it really does no good.

Sent to us yesterday among some incredible Death Wish photographs, was the picture below of a man who is clearly trying to obey the rules, in spite of some amazing ‘dreadlocks’. It requires no comment.
