Terex/Genie extends Moses Lake lease

Terex AWP has signed up for a five year extension to the lease on its Moses Lake production facility in Washington State.

The 46,000 square metre/ 500,000 sqft facility is a satellite of the company’s main Redmond Plant near Seattle. The company has leased the building, previously an aircraft hangar used by Boeing, since 1999. The facility was cut back with the slowdown in 2008 and started to ramp up again in 2010.
