The debris disrupted the local traffic for some time but fortunately no one was hurt. The Health & Safety Executive was called into investigate. The tinted glass tower is being built by Laing O’Rourke and is over 130 metres high. It was originally intended to go to almost 200 metres, but objections form the Civil aviation authority led to it being reduced.
