First ZED 23JH for Italy

Italian specialist platform rental company Tecnoalt placed the first order for a first CTE ZED 23JH truck mounted platform by an Italian company at SAIE last week.

Launched at last week’s show in Bologna, the 23 metre ZED 23JH is mounted on a 3.5 tonne chassis, its articulated boom and jib offering 10 metres of outreach. It also has a 250kg unrestricted platform capacity and 360 degrees continuous slew. The overall length of the 23JH is 6.6 metres with an overall width of two metres and an overall stowed height of 2.5 metres.

The company said: “Born as the sister of the ZED 21JH, we aimed to reproduce its successful features – its H-Type automatic outrigger system, unrestricted platform capacity, dual riser articulation and articulated jib – onto a machine with a 23 metre working height.”

Established in 1999, Rome based Tecnoalt is a division of Venpa 3 and the CTE dealer for central Italy. In 2004 the company moved its headquarters to Sassari and now has branches in Cagliari, Cassino and Terni as well as its original branch in Rome.
