Eight more 100 tonners for Al Agreedh

Al Agreedh, one of the largest crane rental companies in the Middle East has added eight 100 tonne Grove GMK4100L All Terrain cranes to its fleet, taking its total number GMK100Ls in its fleet to 13.

Riyadh based Al Areedh has spread the new cranes across its five locations in Saudi Arabia.

Fahad Al Areedh, general manager of Al Areedh, said: “Since the first five cranes arrived, they have been working almost non-stop. Many projects require a powerful but compact crane that has the reach to perform lifts over longer radius. The GMK4100L is ideal and has the off-road capabilities to match. We regularly update our fleet and want to offer customers the best equipment in the market. We are delighted to add an additional eight units to our fleet, and we are sure they will be busy.”

The four-axle GMK4100L has the longer 60 metre main boom and can take 1.6 tonnes to 48 metres radius. With an overall chassis length of 10.7 metres and all-wheel steering the crane is highly manoeuvrable, making it ideal for congested job sites.
