Easi UpLifts orders more big Brontos

The Irish international rental group Easi UpLifts has announced further orders for Bronto Skylift truck mounted platforms.

The company has placed a new order for three 50 metre S50XDT-Js, the first of which is due for delivery in June, and three other units said to be in a similar height category and most likely Bronto’s new 60 metre plus model that it plans to unveil at Bauma next week - see: 60m three axle Bronto. Delivery of these units is scheduled for 2014.

Easi UpLifts/Height for Hire is investing in more Bronto truck mounted lifts

The company has also opted for Bronto’s fully hydraulic platform mounted B-CW300 extendable jib and winch handling materials up to 300kg. Also available on extendable and super-wide cages the system can remain mounted during transport.

This latest order follows the recent expansion of the group’s fleet of large truck mounted platforms in the UK, with two 90 metre S90HLA’s already in service and a third due for delivery in May. The company has also increased its fleet of 70 metre Bronto S70XDT, with a further three units added.

The new S50XDT-Js will initially be based at several locations in the UK as part of its new specialist lift division.
