Australian Telehandler committee formed

The Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia has formed a telehandler group with the aim of establishing an affiliated association for telehandlers.

The aim is to promote consistent industry standards, establish a recognized training and operator certification programme and help produce minimum standards for log books and instruction manuals etc.

The group will start of as a sub committee but as the industry continues to grow it is envisaged that a full association will emerge, possibly with a name such as The Telescopic Handler Association of Australia
