Genie customer summit

Terex AWP/Genie hosted its first technical customer summit in Rotterdam and Rossendaal, the Netherlands, last month

Over 100 technical service and parts managers from 30 different countries throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa were invited to the two-day event entitled ‘At Your Service’. It included a range of talks on subjects such as product safety, quality standards and Genie service solutions. technical support and EU legislation.

The event also included a tour around the company’s European Held at the company’s distribution centre in Roosendaal, delegates were able to observe the principles behind inventory warehousing and shipment, as well as the techniques applied to machine pre-delivery inspections and painting.
